.SYNOPSIS...The gradient associated with central Atlantic high
pressure will support moderate to fresh east to southeast winds
through Thu. A rather broad tropical wave will move across the 
eastern Caribbean waters Mon through early Wed accompanied 
by scattered showers and thunderstorms, some capable of 
producing strong gusty winds and rough seas.
