.SYNOPSIS...The gradient associated with central Atlantic high
pressure will support moderate to fresh east to southeast winds
through Thu. Scattered showers and thunderstorms, some with
possible strong gusty winds, are expect to increase over the 
eastern Caribbean Mon night into Tue as a rather broad tropical 
wave moves across the Lesser Antilles by early on Mon and across 
the eastern Caribbean later on Mon and through Wed.
