.SYNOPSIS...A westward moving tropical wave that this morning was
located around 64W will generate fresh to strong tradewinds 
along with showers and thunderstorms today and tonight. In the 
wake of the wave, more tranquil conditions arrive Thursday. Trade
winds will increase again this weekend.
