.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh trades will prevail across the 
area through the forecast period. A tropical wave over the
eastern Caribbean along 65W will move across the rest of the 
eastern Caribbean through Thu and over the central Caribbean Thu
night through Sat. Another tropical wave will move across the
eastern Caribbean Thu through Fri, and across the central
Caribbean Fri night through late Sat night into early Sun.
