.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh trades will prevail through the
next several days. A tropical wave will move across the
Caribbean tonight into Sun, increasing shower and isolated 
thunderstorm activity, especially across the Caribbean waters. 
With the wave passage, winds and seas are also expected to 
increase.
