.SYNOPSIS...Atlantic ridge will gradually build westward into S 
Florida over the weekend. An active tropical wave across the Mona
Passage and E central Caribbean this evening will continue moving
W and exit the area early Sat. Fresh to strong tradewinds and
active weather will prevail across regional waters tonight before
diminishing to fresh Sat and Sun. Winds and seas will increase
again Mon night through Tue associated with the next significant
tropical wave.
