.SYNOPSIS...Atlantic ridge extends from central Atlantic W-SW to
near 25N73W tonight, and will gradually build westward into S 
Florida over the weekend. An active tropical wave moving across 
the far eastern Caribbean tonight will move W across the eastern
and central Caribbean tonight through Sat, producing an increase
in winds and seas across both the local Atlantic and Caribbean 
waters.
