.SYNOPSIS...Atlantic ridge extends from central Atlantic WSW to
near 26N71W this evening, and will gradually build westward into
S Florida over the weekend. An active tropical wave moving 
across the Lesser Antilles this evening will move W across the 
eastern and central Caribbean tonight through Sat, producing an 
increase in winds and seas across both the local Atlantic and 
Caribbean waters.
