.SYNOPSIS...The Atlantic ridge extends along 31N-32N and weakly
to 80W. This pattern will produce moderate trade winds across the
regional waters through Thu before a well organized tropical wave
moves across the eastern and central Caribbean late Thu through 
early Sat and acts to increase local winds and seas.
