.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the central Atlantic will 
maintain mainly moderate east to southeast winds across the 
Atlantic waters and fresh winds across the Caribbean waters
through the forecast period. Scattered showers will increase
over the eastern Caribbean ion Fri as a tropical wave moves
across those waters. Another tropical wave will move across
the eastern Caribbean Sat through Sun night.
