.SYNOPSIS...The gradient from high pressure across the north-
central Atlantic will allow for mainly moderate east winds over 
the Atlantic forecast waters through Wed night, before 
increasing to fresh speeds Thu. Fresh east winds will continue 
across the Caribbean waters through the upcoming week.
