.SYNOPSIS...High pressure across the W Atlc will combine with an
inverted trough N of Hispaniola to maintain moderate E to SE 
winds across local waters through Sat night. New high pressure
will build S across the W Atlc Sun and Mon to bring a return to 
moderate E tradewinds to the region.
