.SYNOPSIS...The Atlantic high pres ridge aligned along 30N is 
weakened by Post Tropical Cyclone Andrea. A cold front moving SE 
into the W Atlc will eventually stall E to W along 24N to 25N by
Fri. A weak trough trailing SW from the cold front will linger 
near Hispaniola and the adjacent Atlc through this weekend and 
help maintain gentle to moderate E to SE winds locally through 
Sun night.
