.SYNOPSIS...The Atlantic high pres ridge along about 30N is 
currently being interrupted by Post Tropical Cyclone Andrea. A 
cold front will move S into the W Atlc tonight through Wed and 
stall E to W along 24N to 25N by Fri. A weak trough trailing SW 
from the cold front will linger near Hispaniola and the adjacent 
Atlc through this weekend and help maintain gentle to moderate E 
to SE winds locally through Sun night.
