.SYNOPSIS...The Atlantic high pres ridge along about 30N is
currently being interrupted by Subtropical Depression Andrea.
A cold front will move S into the W Atlc tonight through Wed and
stall E to W along 24N to 25N by Fri. A weak trough trailing SW
from Adrea will linger across Hispaniola and adjacent Atlc into
the weekend to help maintain gentle to moderate E to SE winds
locally through Sat night.
