.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the western Atlantic will shift
east-southeastward to the central Atlantic by late Sun. The 
related pressure gradient will allow for moderate to fresh 
trades to continue across these waters through Sun night, then
diminish to mainly moderate trades Mon through Tue night.
