.SYNOPSIS...High pressure east of Bermuda, combined with a
developing low pressure to the N or NE of the NW Bahamas Wed 
through Thu, will support gentle to moderate moderate SE winds 
across the regional waters through Fri. Then, high pressure 
building N of the area during the upcoming weekend will produce 
mainly gentle NE to E winds.
