.SYNOPSIS...High pressure north of the area will support
moderate to fresh trade winds through Mon. The high will shift
NE into the NE Atlc by midweek to produce moderate SE winds 
across the region Wed through Fri. A strong cold front and broad 
low pressure will dominate the SW N Atlc during this period.
