.SYNOPSIS...High pressure across the E central Atlc will produce
gentle to moderate trade winds across the region through tonight.
NE swell will spread through the Atlantic Waters and Caribbean 
passages through Sunday. High pressure will move east across 
the W Atlc Sun through Tue and act to freshen the local tradewind
flow. A strong cold front will move across the W Atlc Wed and Thu
with low pressure deepening along the front between Bermuda and
Hispaniola.
