.SYNOPSIS...High pressure across the E central Atlc will produce
gentle to moderate trade winds across the region through Sun. NE
swell move through the local Atlantic Waters and Caribbean
passages this evening through Sunday. Winds will increase 
somewhat Sun night through Tue as high pressure moves over the 
Western Atlantic.
