.SYNOPSIS...The remnants of an old frontal boundary will
continue to move slowly southward across the region while 
dissipating today, in response to a surface high pressure ridge 
building across the western Atlantic. This will support gentle to
moderate easterly winds across the regional waters through Wed 
of next week. Winds become gentle over the Atlantic waters on 
Wed.
