.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure along the SE U.S. coast behind 
a stalling cold front along 25N-26N will shift eastward across 
the western Atlantic through late Wed and then into the central 
Atlc on Thu. This pattern will maintain fresh to strong tradewinds
across the region through Wed before winds diminish modestly
and veer E to SE into the weekend. Long period N to NE swell 
will affect the regional Atlc waters and NE Caribbean Passages 
through this afternoon then be replaced by long period NW to N 
swell Wed afternoon through Fri.
