.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the central Atlantic ahead of a 
cold front will continue to shift east and northeast through Tue 
night, as it will be replaced by stronger high pressure that 
will build east and southeast across the western Atlantic behind 
the same cold front through Wed night. This pattern will 
maintain fresh trades across the region becoming fresh to strong 
tonight through early Wed. Long period north to northeast swell 
will affect the regional Atlc waters and NE Caribbean Passages 
through Tue. Long period NW to N swell will propagate through 
the regional waters Wed through Fri, and begin to slowly subside 
Fri night.
