.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered between Puerto Rico and 
Bermuda will shift slowly east-northeastward through tonight
then be replaced by stronger high pressure moving into the 
western Atlc behind a cold front this afternoon through Wed.
This pattern will maintain fresh trades across the region 
becoming fresh to strong tonight through early Wed. N to NE swell
will affect the regional Atlc waters and NE Caribbean Passages 
through Tue. Long period NW to N swell will most through the 
regional waters Wed through Sat. The swell will begin to slowly 
subside Fri night.
