.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered between Hispaniola and
Bermuda will shift slowly east-northeastward through tonight 
then be replaced by stronger high pressure moving into the 
western Atlc behind a cold front Mon through Wed. This pattern 
will maintain fresh trades across the region becoming fresh to 
strong Wed. North to northeast swell will affect the regional 
Atlc waters and NE Caribbean Passages through Wed. Long period
northwest to north swell will begin to affect the eastern 
section of the Atlantic waters on Wed.
