.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered between Hispaniola and
Bermuda will shift slowly ENE through tonight then be replaced 
by stronger high pressure moving into the western Atlc behind a 
cold front Mon through Wed. This pattern will maintain fresh 
trades across the region becoming fresh to strong Wed. Moderate 
N to NE swell will affect the regional Atlc waters and NE 
Caribbean Passages through Wed.
