.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered between Hispaniola and Bermuda
will shift slowly southeast through tonight then be replaced by
stronger high pressure moving into the western Atlc behind a cold
front Mon through Wed. This pattern will maintain fresh tradewinds
across the region becoming fresh to strong Wed. Moderate to large
N to NE swell will affect the regional Atlc waters and move
through the NE Caribbean Passages through Tue.
