.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front just northwest of the area will
become stationary today and weaken. It is expected to then
gradually dissipate tonight into Fri. A weak surface trough near
eastern Puerto Rico will bring scattered showers to most 
sections of Puerto Rico and adjacent waters through Fri while 
decreasing in coverage some. Otherwise, gentle to moderate NE to 
E winds across the forecast waters will increase to fresh 
beginning late on Fri as strong high pres builds southward across
the western Atlantic.
