.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front just NW of the area will drift SE 
while gradually dissipating through Thu. A weak surface trough 
near eastern Puerto Rico will bring scattered showers to most 
sections of Puerto Rico and adjacent waters through Thu. 
Otherwise, gentle to moderate NE to E winds across the forecast 
waters will increase to fresh beginning late on Fri as strong 
high pres builds southward across the western Atlantic.
