.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front from 24N65W to the NE coast of 
Hispaniola will drift E while gradually dissipating through Thu.
A weak surface trough over the U.S. Virgin Islands will bring 
scattered showers to most sections of Puerto Rico and adjacent 
waters through Thu. Otherwise, gentle to moderate NE to E winds 
across the forecast waters will increase to fresh beginning late 
on Fri as strong high pres builds southward across the western 
Atlantic.
