.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front from 27N65W to the N coast of
Hispaniola will linger while dissipating through Wed night. A
surface trough over the Mona Passage will drift NW bringing 
rain showers through Thu. Gentle to moderate winds across the 
area will become moderate to locally fresh Wed night over the 
Caribbean Sea, and on Thu night over the Atlantic waters as high 
pres builds across the SW N Atlc.
