.SYNOPSIS...A strong cold front will move across the western 
Atlantic and reach from near 23N65W to near the Windward Passage
Tue morning. Long-period northwest swell will begin to arrive in
the regional waters Tue evening. Strong high pressure will build
across the western Atlantic on Wed, then shift eastward through 
Fri. The high will generate fresh to strong trade winds across 
the Atlantic waters Tue through Thu night, then diminish to 
mainly fresh trades Fri through Sat night.
