.SYNOPSIS...A strong cold front will move across the western 
Atlantic and reach from near 23N65W to near the Windward Passage 
Tue morning. Long-period NW swell generated by strong winds north
of the front will arrive in the regional waters Tue evening. 
Strong high pressure will build across the western Atlantic on 
Wed, then shift E through Fri. The high will generate fresh to 
strong trade winds across the Atlantic waters Tue through Fri. 
Seas will build through Wed night, then slowly subside.
