.SYNOPSIS...High pressure is shifting toward the central Atlc 
and will maintain moderate to fresh trades through Mon night. A 
strong cold front will move across the western Atlantic and 
reach from near the Windward Passage early on Mon, then 
from near 23N65W to near the Windward Passage Tue morning. 
Long-period northwest swell generated by strong winds north of 
the front will arrive in the regional waters Tue evening. Strong 
high pressure will build across the western Atlantic on Wed, and 
shift eastward through Fri. The associated gradient will produce 
fresh to strong east winds across the Atlantic waters Wed through
Fri along with building seas.
