.SYNOPSIS...High pres is shifting toward the central Atlc and
will maintain moderate to fresh trades through Mon night. A 
strong cold front will move across the W Atlc and reach the 
Windward Passage Mon morning, then reach from 23N65W to near the 
Windward Passage Tue morning. Moderate NW swell generated by 
strong winds N of the front will arrive in the regional waters 
Tue evening.
