.SYNOPSIS...Unusually weak pressure pattern across the SW N Atlc
will maintain gentle to moderate trade winds across the region
today becoming moderate to fresh Sat and Sun. A strong cold
front will move across the W Atlc during the weekend and reach 
the Windward Passage Monday morning, then from 22N65W to NW 
Haiti Tue morning. NW swell associated with the front will begin
to move into the regional waters Tue evening.
