.SYNOPSIS...Fresh trade winds will prevail across the region 
through Sun before Atlc high pressure weakens ahead of a cold
front moving into the SE Bahamas. The front will stall from
24N65W to E end of Cuba Tue through Wed. N swell will reach the
local waters and move through the NE Caribbean passages today
through Mon.
