.SYNOPSIS...Mainly moderate to fresh trades will prevail over
the local Caribbean waters, with light to gentle winds over the 
local Atlantic waters, through the week and into the weekend. 
Winds will temporarily diminish Wed as a cold front approaches 
from the NW before stalling out and dissipating. NW swell will 
reach the Atlantic waters and Caribbean passages towards the end 
of the week.
