.SYNOPSIS...A weak ridge supports light to gentle winds over the
regional waters. A cold front extending from 23N65W to northern
Hispaniola will move slowly SE through Fri and stall N of Puerto
Rico along 21N through Sat. NW swell generated behind the front 
will move into the regional waters tonight, then dominate seas 
through the weekend. High pres behind the front moving E across 
the W Atlc will usher in fresh trade winds Fri night through Mon.
