.SYNOPSIS...A ridge will support light to gentle easterly winds 
across the regional waters, becoming moderate to fresh by the
end of the week. A cold front currently moving across the western
Atlantic is forecast to stall N of Puerto Rico Fri through Sat. 
High pres behind the front will move E across the W Atlc Fri 
through the weekend to bring a return to fresh tradewinds.
