.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure centered near 22N65W will support
light to gentle easterly winds across the regional waters, 
becoming moderate to fresh by the end of the week. A cold front 
moving across the western Atlantic is forecast to stall from
21N65W to Windward Passage Fri evening then gradually dissipate
through Sat. High pres behind the front will move E across the W
Atlc Fri through the weekend to bring a return to fresh tradewinds.
