.SYNOPSIS...A trough over the eastern tip of the Dominican 
Republic extending NNE into the adjacent Atlc and will move W 
across Hispaniola tonight. The trough could bring locally strong 
winds and high seas primarily to the Atlc waters along with 
scattered squalls and thunderstorms through Thu night. Fresh 
trade winds will dominate thereafter through the period with E 
swell for the Atlc waters.
