.SYNOPSIS...A trough west of Puerto Rico extending N-NE into the
adjacent Atlc and will move westward across Hispaniola today. 
The trough will bring strong winds and high seas primarily to the
Atlc waters along with scattered squalls and thunderstorms. 
Fresh trade winds will dominate thereafter through the period 
with easterly swell in Atlc waters.
