.SYNOPSIS...A tropical wave along 56W will approach the area 
Mon, moving across the local area Tue through Wed, and interact
with an upper low to produce very active weather and strong gusty
winds. Low pres may develop along the northern portion of the 
tropical wave. Otherwise, moderate to fresh trades will prevail.
Seas will build through the week with easterly swell behind the 
tropical wave.
