.SYNOPSIS...A tropical wave will approach the area Mon, passing
through Tue and Wed. Low pres may develop along the northern
portion of the tropical wave. Regardless, increasing convection
and strong gusty winds will be possible with the passage of this
feature. Otherwise, moderate to fresh trades will prevail. Seas
will build through the week with easterly swell behind the 
tropical wave.
