.SYNOPSIS...Moderate trades will prevail through the end of the
week. A mid to upper-level trough with an axis from the central 
Atlantic to central Caribbean will continue to bring scattered 
to numerous showers and thunderstorms, some possibly with gusty 
winds, over much of these waters through Thu. NE swell over the 
tropical Atlantic waters will slowly subside through tonight.
