.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the central Atlantic will weaken
as it slides eastward through Tue night. Moderate to fresh 
northeast to east trades over the region will diminish to mainly
moderate trades Tue. A mid to upper-level trough with axis near 
69W will continue to bring scattered to numerous showers and 
thunderstorms, some with gusty winds, over much of these waters 
through Tue. NE swell over the tropical Atlantic waters will 
slowly subside through tonight.
