.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will shift eastward over the central 
Atlantic through Mon. Moderate to fresh northeast to east trades
over the region will diminish to mainly moderate trades Mon. An
upper-level trough near 68W will continue to bring unsettled 
weather in the form of numerous showers and scattered
thunderstorms over much of these waters through Mon. NE swell 
over the tropical Atlantic waters will slowly subside through Mon
night.
