.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure will slide ENE from the western
Atlantic toward the central Atlantic tonight through Sun and 
generate moderate to fresh tradewinds across the forecast area. 
An old and weak cold front just to the N will sink S over teh 
forecast waters, then dissipate this weekend.
