.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure will slide ENE move from the 
western Atlantic and over the central Atlantic tonight through 
Sun to produce a moderate to fresh tradewind flow across the 
forecast area. An old and weak cold frontal boundary will sink
across the NE Caribbean and local area Fri night through Sat
accompanied by fresh to strong tradewinds and building seas.
